Text Messaging Privacy (Rhinogram)

Your privacy matters to us. If you choose to text with ENT Urgent Care, we will not sell, rent, or share your text messaging information with affiliates or third parties.

What Information We Collect for Texting

When you text us or ask to receive texts from us, we may collect your mobile number, your name (if provided), and the content of your messages. We may also collect information related to your appointment or visit so we can help you.

How We Use Texting Information

We use text messaging to communicate with you about:

  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Appointment reminders.
  • Check-in instructions.
  • Visit follow-up.
  • Customer service.
  • Occasional updates about our services if you choose to receive marketing texts.

Opting Out (and Opting Back In)

You can opt out of text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message.
  • Contacting our office directly.

If you opt out and later want to opt back in, text UNSTOP to the same number.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Security Note

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our texting program is powered by Rhinogram. Text messages may not always be fully secure depending on your mobile carrier and device, similar to standard phone calls and voicemail. If you prefer not to communicate by text, please call us.
